What we collect

When you place a fundraiser order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, phone number, the items you ordered, your chosen pickup day, and payment status. If you are a team member or fundraiser organizer, we also store the name and contact details the organization provides so sales can be credited and logins can work.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order — confirmations, payment status, pickup reminders, and other transactional messages about a fundraiser you're participating in. If you opt in, we may also send occasional promotional messages about future fundraisers. Promotional and transactional messages are managed separately: you can stop promotional messages any time at fundraisers.2menpig.com/optout without affecting the messages your active order needs.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make orders work: payment processors (Square; PayPal/Venmo when an organization collects payments directly), our email delivery provider, and — for text messages — our SMS provider. The organization running the fundraiser you support can see the orders placed for its own fundraiser (names, contact details, items, and payment status) so it can manage pickup day and follow up on payments. Organizations do not see orders from other fundraisers.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data are shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than with our SMS delivery provider solely to send the messages you requested.

Text messages

If you receive promotional text messages from us, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or visiting our preferences page. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms & SMS Terms for details.

Data retention & your choices

Order history is retained so organizations and supporters can reference past fundraisers. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for an active order, by emailing 2menpig@gmail.com.
