How It Works
Start by filling out the Fundraiser Request Form. From there, we will work with you to choose a pickup date, an order period, and the products you would like to offer. We will set up your fundraiser in our online app and help you get started. See our FAQs below for our most common questions.
Choose a Date
Send us your group details and preferred dates. We will start by helping you establish a fundraiser date and order period.
We Set Up the App
Once the date is set, we configure the fundraising app to help with online sales, team member credit, and record keeping.
Your Group Sells
Your group sells as many barbecue products as possible through the final order date, usually about 5 to 7 days before pickup.
* 50 unit minimums may apply (sauce is an add-on — no minimum).
Products and Fundraising Profits
Most fundraisers are built around barbecue meat products and sauce. A typical fundraiser sells barbecue meats for $50 and 16 oz sauce for $8, unless we agree on different pricing for your group.
Prices do fluctuate.
🐖 BBQ Meats
$15 If you sell our BBQ meat products at the preset price, your group is promised to clear $15 per item sold.
🍯 16 oz Sauce
$3 At the preset $8 sale price, your group is promised to clear $3 per sauce sold.
💙 Additional Contributions
100% If you include additional contributions and receive donations, those contributions go 100% to your group.
What 2 Men and a Pig Handles
🗂 Fundraiser Setup
We set up your fundraiser through our online app, including products, dates, final order date, and admin access.
📦 Product Ordering
We handle ordering the products needed for your fundraiser based on the sales collected before the order period closes.
🔥 Smoking Your BBQ
We smoke everything your group sold and have it fully and properly cooked, wrapped, and ready to hand out on your scheduled day.
What the Fundraising App Does
The app is built to give your group clear records, easier ordering, and better communication with supporters.
📱 More Than an Order Form
If you choose to run your fundraiser with individual sellers, you have the option to set up every student or team member with their own sales page they can personalize, along with a QR code, a shareable link, and ready-made graphics for social media and email — so a seller can promote the fundraiser in a couple of taps instead of chasing people door to door. Their sales are credited automatically as orders come in. Prefer to keep it simple? A fundraiser can just as easily run as general support for the whole organization.
Admins and sellers also get a message center for reaching supporters directly: order confirmations, payment nudges, pickup reminders, thank-you notes, and reheating instructions that go out without anyone keeping a list by hand. The contacts your group builds are yours to keep — a supporter list that makes every future fundraiser easier, with us or without us.
Behind the scenes, admins can watch live totals and profit, enter phone or paper orders themselves, track who has paid and who has picked up, and download a detailed spreadsheet of every sale — broken out student by student when that is how your fundraiser runs. Pickup day has its own view for checking supporters off as they arrive, and we handle the cook sheets on our end from the same numbers.
📊 Detailed Sales Records
Admins can see what was sold and who sold it, including sales by student, player, or team member.
🛒 Online and Manual Orders
Supporters can order online, and admins can still enter orders manually when needed.
✉️ Supporter Messages
The app can send pickup reminders, thank-you emails, future fundraiser notices, reheating instructions, recipes, and product information.
Pickup Day Details to Consider
📍 Pickup or Delivery
Plan on your group picking up your barbecue at an agreed-upon time on your pickup day — someone from your organization meets us, and we hand everything off together. Delivery is sometimes an option; if you need it, let's talk about it during your sales period so we can plan the route and timing.

🧊 How Products Arrive
Your barbecue items are provided in coolers, wrapped in foil and restaurant-quality plastic wrap. Sauce comes in 16 oz deli containers.
💵 Coolers and Deposit
Coolers must be returned clean. We hold a $50 deposit per cooler, and there will be grease.
🧤 Pickup Supplies
We supply hot gloves, food gloves, extra foil, bags, and other helpful items for handing out products.
How You Get Paid
Every fundraiser takes orders through our app, and how the money reaches your group is settled before you ever open for sales. Most groups use our recommended Square checkout: supporters pay by card as they order, we track every dollar, and once the fundraiser wraps up and your coolers come back, we send your group a check for its profit.
💳 We Collect, You Get a Check
The simplest path, and what we recommend. Supporters pay online through our Square checkout, and we cut your group a check once the fundraiser is complete and the coolers have been returned.
🏦 Your Own Payment Account
Prefer the money to land in your account from the start? Provide your Square, PayPal, or Stripe credentials and we'll connect your processor inside the app. Payment for product may be required before cooking begins.
💵 Cash, Checks, and Offline Sales
Your group is welcome to take payment directly — cash, checks, whatever works for your supporters. We reconcile those sales against your totals so the final settlement is accurate either way.
Who We Help
We have worked with many kinds of organizations, helping them raise money for uniforms, travel, equipment, and more. Our goal is simple: provide high-quality barbecue items your supporters will be happy to buy, while giving your group the tools and records needed to run the fundraiser smoothly.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does our group earn?
At the preset prices, your group is promised $15 per BBQ meat item and $3 per sauce sold — and if you include additional contributions, those donations go 100% to your group.
When do orders close?
Ordering usually closes about 5 to 7 days before your pickup day so we can order product and plan the smokers. Your exact cutoff is set with 2 Men and a Pig when the fundraiser is scheduled, and the online order form closes automatically at that moment.
How do supporters pay?
Supporters pay securely online by card when they order. Orders that aren't paid get friendly email reminders automatically, and arrangements can also be made to pay at pickup.
How do team members get credit for their sales?
Every order can be credited to a student or team member. Each seller gets a personal link and QR code to share, and admins see sales-by-seller on the dashboard the whole way through.
What happens on pickup day?
We coordinate a time with you, and your group picks up everything from us — delivery may be an option if you need it, just ask during your sales period. Hot barbecue arrives packed in coolers, wrapped in foil and restaurant-quality plastic wrap; sauce and any other items come ready to hand out. We also send hot gloves, food gloves, extra foil, and bags to make distribution easy. Coolers must be returned clean — we hold a $50 deposit per cooler.
What are the cooked sizes of your BBQ products?
Boston butts average 4 to 4.5 pounds cooked — enough for 16 large sandwiches,
and most groups get about 20 sandwiches per butt.
Turkey breasts also average 4 to 4.5 pounds cooked, which is roughly ten 6 oz
servings.
Hams average 7 pounds and are twice smoked, so they're good hot or cold. They
are bone-in, so we figure servings on 5 to 6 pounds of meat — expect 16 servings at a minimum.
Is there a minimum order?
50 unit minimums may apply for meat items — sauce is an add-on with no minimum. If your group is smaller, reach out anyway; we'll talk through what makes sense.
